Value
Precision Homes’ commitment to value includes structural integrity and energy efficiency for a reasonable price. We start with a 3000 psi, 4-1/2” thick, rebar reinforced foundation. Our studs are placed 16” on center and the joists and rafters are placed 19.2” on center. Then the entire home is wrapped with OSB sheathing for structural strength. Our energy package includes Tyvek house wrap, radiant barrier roof decking, R-13 cellulose wall insulation, R-38 cellulose attic insulation, low E double pane windows and a 14 SEER air conditioning system all designed to help to reduce energy costs. These items, along with our other Standard Features, are wrapped into a finished product that is priced to make our homes very affordable.

Quality
All of the materials that go into your new Precision Home are chosen for their performance. In addition, we include amenities such as cultured marble tub and shower surrounds, custom job-built cabinets, 30 year shingles, James Hardie siding and trim and Moen washerless faucets in all of our homes. Finally, every home is inspected by a licensed, third party inspector to confirm compliance with applicable building codes to give you extra piece of mind that your home has been built to the highest standards.
