well as our Construction Office and Sales Office.

The Spring office is open all year except for New Years Day, Easter Sunday,
Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday) and the Day before Christmas and
Christmas Day.

Our new model park is located on Highway 242 two miles east
of IH 45.We currently have two new models under construction.
The park is located at 10464 Hwy 242, Conroe, TX 77385
